I got scammed out of over $500.00 for set of dentures
Do not order any Dentures thru this company unless you are 110% that your mouth is in fairly good shape because they will not accept the impression’s you mail back to them they just keep denying them & you have to purchase more impressions kits it’s a revolving circle with a no refund policy. I went to a Dentist and asked for a examination and she told me no way on Gods green earth was i a candidate for their impression process
I should have never used a company that has a no return or refund policy even if they don’t produce the product you purchased !

Subject: Complaint Failure to Deliver Paid Services and Post-Payment Change of Terms
I am filing a consumer complaint regarding Shiny Smile Veneers, a company providing custom dental veneer products sold through an impression-based ordering process.
In early February, I purchased a veneer set requiring both upper and lower dental impressions. I followed all instructions provided by the company and completed both impressions.
On February 24, both impressions were returned to the company.
Prior to shipping the impressions, I sent photographs of the completed impressions to the company and requested confirmation that they were acceptable for production. No response was received.
After submission, the company informed me that only the upper impressions were usable and stated that I must pay additional fees for a new lower impression mold in order to complete the order.
This requirement was not disclosed prior to purchase or submission, and the company did not notify me of any issues at the time I attempted to verify impression suitability.
The additional charge was introduced only after the impressions were submitted and received.
At this point:
The order was paid for in advance
Both required impressions were submitted as instructed
No timely rejection or correction was provided when confirmation was requested
The company is now conditioning completion of the original purchase on additional payment

I am writing regarding a refund that I am expecting. I have returned the package unopened as requested.
Order #SHINYSMILE-182**** and USPS tracking number 940015****151********. I am very disappointed that it is taking too long to receive a refund. There are no excuses or exceptions, as I have done everything required.
I am going to continue to fight for my refund as long as it takes; that includes leaving negative reviews and possible civil litigation. Please do the right thing and refund me my money.

Resolved: Cancel Order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Emailed an apology, offered a sizable discount, but I opted for a full refund which I received within seven days.
They were hard to get a hold of, but when they did respond, they did take care of the problem so I would probably grade them a 4 out of a 5.
Give it time, they will eventually get back to you. I do believe they are solid company.
Unable to cancel my order, but they were quick to take the money out of my account. I've been trying to prevent them from mailing anything to me because I simply want to cancel the order, but customer service is nonexistent.
I have tried multiple emails, and forget the phone number; you will be put on hold and then asked to leave a message so they can get back to you, but when you do that, the mailbox is full. There doesn't seem to be any customer service contrary to all the reviews I had read on their website, which leads me to believe that the reviews on their website are fake.
User's recommendation: Before you purchase from any company online, try calling their customer service phone number in your ask a question via email to see what kind of response you get at least if you hear back from them immediately or are able to contact them through their phone number you could rest assure that what you purchase and if you have a problem, you’ll be able to get a hold of them
